■Make sure the size and inset of wheels, the bolt pattern, P.C.D.(pitch circle diameter)and shape of mount plate are to be fitted to the vehicle. The wheels cannot be mounted if any of the foregoing attributes are not compatible.
■When installing new tire, please use new specified valve stems because an old valve stem with deteriorated seal may cause air leakage.
■Use the short type valve core(model number JIS type B no.9000).
■There are 2 types of wheels to be installed tire on either in-set or out-set. Install tires according to the type of wheels.
■Always use the lubricant when installing tires on wheels.
■Note that a wheel comes with a 60 - degree taper, spherical,or flat lug nut or bolt seats. Use nuts or bolts that match the shape of the seats.(or use dedicated nuts or bolts as instructecd)
■Check if the nuts or bolts can metch the screw diameter and pitch of the vehicle.
■Use appropriate nuts and bolts for spare wheels, too.
■Tighten nuts or bolts properly with appropriate torque.
■First tighten all the nuts and bolts temporarily with low torque, then make sure to tighten all of them to the appropriate torque evenly.
Ex.For 60°degree tapered seat, appropriate torque is as below; M10 screw = 50-70N・m(5-7kgf・m), M12=90-120N・m(9-12kgf・m), M14=160-180N・m(19-18kgf・m). For any additional information, please contact the wheel manufacturer.
【How to tighten bolts】
■Use torque wrench when tightening the nuts and bolts.
■When installing on the vehicle, check all the wheels to make sure there is no contact with the cehicle body when fully turning the steering wheel to the right and left.
■Make sure that tires and wheels should not come out from the fenders, which is prohibited by law.
■Lug nuts and bolts come loose after initial installation or rotation, so retighten them to the appropriate torque setting after adiving approximately 100km(60miles) of use.
■Make sure that nuts and bolts are well-tightened in a daily maintenance.Center cap, center cover and lock-screw of those covers are as well.
■Aluminum alloy wheels are susceptible to corrosion when they are exposed to salt or mud. Therefore, wash them with water after driving the vehicle on the beach or on a snowy or unpaved road. The use of soft-cloth is suitable when wiping the wheel.
■Using car wash equipment could scratch the wheels. It is the best way to wash by hand. When doing so,be careful with sharp edges, which could be hazardous to your hands.
■When storing these wheels/tores for a prolonged perid of time, protect them from direct sunlight, rain, oil, moisture, fumidity and high temperature.
■Uninstalled tire wheels should have 1/2 of tire air pressure of standard use and been kept in storage.
■When re-installation, always check its tire pressure to the recommended level, wheel balance, and nuts and bolts tightended to the appropriate torque.
JWL, JWL-T and VIA Standard
The aluminum wheels are in compliance with the Japan Light Alloy Wheel(JWL)or Japan Light Alloy Wheel Truck & Bus(JWL-T) standard, and have passed the tests conducted by the Vehicle Inspection Association(VIA). To ensure the proper safety and performance of the wheels, please follow this instruction carefully. For any additional information, contact the dealer where you purchased the products.

A Third-party entity called the Vehicle Inspection
Association verifies whether a product meets the
requirements prescribed by the JWL or JWL-T standard. This association permits a product to bear a VIA mark if it passes rigorous quality and strength verification tests conducted in accordance with the JWL or JWL-T standard.
