Round 7 of the AUTOBACS SUPER GT 2022 SERIES was held on October 1st and 2nd at Autopolis, Oita Prefecture.

On the day of the race, the weather was clear, and this time the Oita Prefectural Police held a parade lap, marking the start of Round 7, which would lead to the final round.

In the fiercely contested GT300 class, where the series champion is on the line, Ryuichiro Tomita, the ace driver of car No. 10 TANAX GAINER GT-R, was absent in this race, but it was a heated race that led to the final round where valuable points were earned.
