AXCR Asia Cross Country Rally 2024 Report on the results of teams equipped with work wheels

イメージ画像The sixth and final day of the 2024 Asia Cross Country Rally (held from August 11th to 17th, 2024) LEG6 was held on Saturday, August 17th.

Team Mitsubishi Rally Art, equipped with Work's CRAG T-GRABIC II, participated in the race with the No. 107 Triton (T1 specification = modified cross-country vehicle), covering a total distance of 2,075.54 km, of which 939.58 km was the competition section,
and the team of Katsuhiko Taguchi and Takahiro Yasui won fifth place overall with a time of 15 hours, 34 minutes and 52 seconds.
In addition, the No. 137 car of Koide Kazuto and Chiba Eiji, who participated for the first time, placed 24th overall,

the No. 130 car of Sakchai Hartrakul and Junpol Duanthip placed 27th overall,

the No. 103 car of Chaiyapong Yotha and Peerapon Sombatwong unfortunately retired from 1st place overall in Leg 5 and placed 42nd overall.

Similarly, the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Indonesia team of Hanawa Ikuo and Somemiya Hirokazu (No. 115 Toyota Fortuner), which was equipped with CRAG T-GRABIC II tires, placed 4th overall, 3rd in the T1-D class, and 2nd in the TEAM Award, and Cusco Racing team of Yanagisawa Hiroshi and Kase Naoki (No. 144 Mitsubishi Triton) placed 13th overall.
